Animated Folding Screen of Painted Sekigahara Landscapes

Riffing on a byลbu folding screen of the Battle of Sekigahara painted in the 1700s, Yusuke Shigeta made a pixel animated version for a recent exhibition. The video above is a tantalizingly short preview of the work โ€” I could have watched these tiny pixel vignettes all day.
